Magnetic mould changing system adopts electronically controlled permanent magnet technology, through the electromagnet and permanent magnet cooperating to achieve 3-8 seconds (according to the tonnage of the injection moulding machine) of magnetizing and demagnetizing time, and quickly complete the installation and uninstallation of the mould on the back plate of the injection moulding machine.

Qiantian Magnetic Plate: Qiantian Magnetic Plate is suitable for automated manufacturing scenarios that require frequent mould changes and meets the requirements of high-precision moulds for magnetic stability and response speed.

The all-steel structure of the magnetic plate design adopts a more modular circular module shape to optimise the magnetic force distribution, with smaller gaps between modules and more even magnetic force coverage. It is worth mentioning that the thinnest thickness of Hashida's magnetic plate is 45mm, which effectively shortens the magnetic force transmission path and improves the magnetic force response speed and mould change efficiency. At the same time, the system adopts constant-current magnetisation to ensure stable magnetic output, avoid magnetic changes caused by current fluctuations, and effectively protect the overall circuit to improve the accuracy of mould changing.

Qiantian Magnetic Unit: The core features of the Qiantian Magnetic Unit are high precision, high reliability and safety through modular pole design, double potting process and integration of measuring coils.

After the individual poles are potted and cured, they are mounted on a magnetic plate to prevent displacement or damage due to vibration or shock. Afterwards, the poles are connected to each other and potted again to ensure the structural strength and stability of the entire magnetic unit. At the same time, each electromagnetic module is equipped with a measuring coil, so that all points of the mould are monitored, and the tiny movements at each point of the mould can be monitored in real time. The measuring coil feeds the data back to the control system for high-precision positioning and motion control, eliminating the risk of short circuits.
